What we collect

Depending on the product, that can include name, email, phone, trip details, agency records (leads, proposals, invoices) and technical logs such as IP address and device information needed to keep the service running.

Why we use it

To provide the planner and the agency software, to send transactional messages (for example a shared trip link or a payment reminder), to improve the products, and to meet legal obligations such as tax invoicing.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email, payments, authentication) that process data on our instructions. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us in full.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete account data by using the contact page or the settings inside Ternout Go / Ternout Trips once you have an account.
